The position is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to enter and expand a career within Project Management and Business Analysis and will allow the successful applicant to play an important role in the on-going success of the Company.


  • How to identify and assess options for the implementation of new or improved business solutions and processes
  • How to present ideas and make recommendations to key decision makers
  • The basic principles of project management, methodologies and techniques
  • Managing multiple projects or tasks at the same time
  • Producing project documentation for all phases of a project
  • Computer systems and infrastructure


The Systems Project Administrator will report to the Lead Project Manager and have a mixed work load of assisting the Lead Project Manager and Systems Project Coordinators with their projects as well as being involved in all aspects of the project life cycle including the gathering of requirements, project scoping, evaluating solutions, project testing, delivery, user training and providing ongoing support/documentation as & when required.


  • The flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and the ability to manage the competing demands of a busy workload
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines
The position is full time, 35 hours per week, based at our office in Ipswich.

The current working pattern is 3 days in the office (Mon, Weds & Thurs) with Tues & Fri working from home.

The position is likely to require travelling at times and this could be to any of businesses we service within the Fred.

Olsen group which may require working and travelling outside the regular office hours.
