Domus are on the lookout for a Finance Business Partner in Scotland to join a national Health and Social Care provider.

As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing operational oversight of critical finance processes which includes maintaining standards, providing technical support and reinforcing financial discipline.

You will ensure that all area offices within the region follow the company's standard operating procedures and policies and maintain a high level of consistency.

This will include, but not limited to, effective billing processing, rota management, invoicing, expenses, payroll and managing the information of our employees and the people we support.

In addition, this role will support the resolution of day-to-day financialissues which affect the profit and loss position for the region.


Key Responsibilities of a Regional Business Support Manager:

  • Ensure all Area Offices within the region follow operating procedures, policies and document filing standards to maintain a high level of consistency
  • Manage and monitor controls
  • Ensure data integrity is managed and maintained
  • To provide adhoc training, coaching and technical support
  • Minimise underbilling
  • Maintain communications between Area Offices and team members in Billing, Credit Control and Finance Operations.

Regional Business Support Manager Requirements:


  • Operational finance experience/background (billing, invoicing, credit control, utilisation etc) is required
  • Must have 45 years financial / IT / administration experience in a busy office environment and 10 years' experience of working as part of a team
  • Experience of working across different geographies with multiple parallel stakeholders.
  • Able to effectively influence, engage and coordinate activities and drive consistency in working practices across business units
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and exemplify leadership and composure under pressure, while maintaining high morale
  • Data driven approach to decision making around commercial and operational practices.
