Job summary
We are pleased to announce the exciting opportunity for Band 7 sister/charge nurse clinical leaders.
This role requires a driven dynamic and passionate individual who can work under pressure delivering high standards of quality care as well as working collaboratively with colleagues within the multi-disciplinary team.
The successful post holder will need to have a clear vision for best practice evidence of complex decision-making skills and comprehensive communication skills to undertake complaints ascertain and articulate risk of overall department demand maintain high levels of professional standards leading by example and role modelling.
