9 month FTCBUSINESS ANALYST - HR TRANSFORMATION (9 month FTC) c£80/85K pa
To deliver the new strategic Core HR and Payroll solutions to London Branch of an international bank.
The role requires interaction and collaboration with colleagues Business Analyst working as part of the global HR Transformation Team based in the UK andoverseas as well as third party providers.
The internal stakeholders are other HR Transformation team members and BAU teams including People & Culture (HR), Technology and Finance as well as other businesses within the Branch.
An example of the type of activities the role will undertake are:- Current state and future state analysis
- Identifying and documenting requirements
- Arranging and facilitating workshops
- Determining feasible solution options to business problems
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and issues and defining appropriate solutions to mitigate / minimise / resolve these
- Use case and test case definition, preparation and execution
- Project Data Migration Support, including:
- Definition of Data Migration requirements
- Definition and analysis of source to target data mappings
- Data migration load error analysis support
- Data migration reconciliation break analysis
The Project Team in London is part of the larger Group HR Transformation Team centred out of Head Office.
This transformation initiative will implement the selected Core HR (
Workday) and Payroll (
ADP) platforms in each Grouplocation and so deliver NAB's colleague strategy through simplified processes, uplifting the digital experience and providing relevant data/reporting to support workforce decisions.
The London Project Team has small dedicated teams to HR and Payroll solution delivery and this role will operate across both.
Outside of regular engagement with teams in in Head Office, from time to time there will be possible interaction with the teamsdelivering for the Paris and New York offices.
Mandatory:
- Strong problem solving skills and experienced in project delivery
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, data migration, workflow definition and specifications for technical interfaces and business operations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and documentation skills
- Experience of Agile project delivery methodology
Desirable:
- Experience in implementing ADP iHMC
- Experience of payroll within banking/financial services
- Experience of working in geographically dispersed project teams
- Experience of an ADP implementation integrating with Workday
- Experience of a migration from SAP to ADP payroll
- Experience of a migration from SAP to Workday
- Use of RALLY and Confluence
