Join our mission to deliver health and wellness to our customers during an exciting time of transformation as the Head of Programme for Global Planning Transformation.

Reporting to the Global Planning Transformation Director, you will lead the end-to-end transformation of our international omnichannel supply chain planning model from strategy to execution, utilizing your analytical approach and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the endtoend global Supply Chain Planning Transformation for our international omnichannel business
Oversee all transformational elements of the Planning process, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, and Allocation
Develop International Planning target operating model capability for existing and new markets
Foster strong relationships with senior management, dependent functions, and crossfunctional teams to deliver mutually successful outcomes in planning processes
Lead strategic initiatives to significantly improve supply chain visibility, such as lead time reduction, integrated E2E forecast management, and multi echelon E2E replenishment methodologies and solutions
Develop and implement cuttingedge technology solutions to digitize and automate the Planning process, in collaboration with the Technology function
Establish bestinclass analytics and standards to monitor and enhance the Supply Chain Planning function, incorporating datadriven insights and analytical thinking
Coach, develop, and lead the Planning Transformation team to unleash their full potential

Experience Required:

Extensive experience in endtoend Supply Chain Transformation, preferably in retail
Proven international planning transformation experience and understanding of retail/ecommerce business
Strong analytic and critical thinking approach with problem solving drive
Strong management experience across Supply Chain functions, familiarity with marketleading planning tools, and a demonstrated analytical approach
Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure
Excellent communication, critical thinking, problemsolving capabilities, and financial acumen
Commercial acumen, with an understanding of the impact of transforming planning
Experience in leading and inspiring teams towards a future state vision
