  • This exciting opportunity to work for a globally wellknown company in the beauty sector, is for a passionate customer service representative with one to two years of experience in a similar Customer Support role, providing advice and assistance to clients both in the UK and in other allocated territories (DACH in particular). _

This line is made specifically with the everyday woman in mind and incorporates the best makeup from around the world.

The role:


Amongst other, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service with high standards of passion for the products and services provided.
  • Deal with complaints where necessary and handle difficult scenarios with professionalism.
  • Assisting the Independent Sales Representatives.
  • Processing orders and returns.
  • Ensure that accurate customer data is captured and logged.
  • Being aware of the individual and departments weekly KPIs.

Requirement

  • Fluent in English and German is essential. Would be a great plus to also speak French/Spanish or Italian
  • Minimum 1/2 years of customer service experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Confident in IT systems.
  • Soft spoken, with an interest in beauty and lifestyle.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic individual, flexible and professional, with great attention to detail.
