We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Specialist to join our End User Computing (EUC) Practice, with a focus on Microsoft endpoint management-related productivity services and tooling.

As a Technical Specialist, you will be crucial in implementing and supporting Microsoft endpoint management solutions for our clients. Your expertise in Microsoft endpoint management technologies will drive successful project delivery, provide technical guidance, and ensure client satisfaction.

Accountabilities and main responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, objectives, and challenges related to enduser computing.
Conduct assessments of existing enduser computing infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with crossfunctional consultancy teams to implement and deploy solutions, ensuring seamless integration and mínimal disruption.
Provide technical support and consultation to clients, addressing complex issues related to hardware, software, networking, and security.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in enduser computing, translating them into actionable insights and strategies for clients.
Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines related to Microsoft endpoint management initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the consultation process.

Qualifications

At least 23 years of experience in EUC, focusing on delivering solutions that optimise end user experiences and improve productivity and endpoint security.
Proven ability to implement EUC solutions that leverage the latest technologies and services, including Endpoint management technologies (desktops/mobiles), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 services, and Microsoft Virtual Desktop solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
Experience managing multiple projects and client engagements, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Ability to think strategically and creatively and to develop innovative solutions to complex EUC challenges.
A passion for staying current with the latest EUC technologies and industry trends and a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
Active Microsoft certifications in the following preferred: MD100/101, MS100/101
