The Role:
We're on the lookout for an experienced
Service Advisor to join our existing team at the Morpeth site.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about cars, especially Vauxhall and Volkswagen, and dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer service.


Your Impact:


  • As part of the service desk team, you will act as a point of contact for all service and repair needs, ensuring each customer feels valued and understood.
  • Coordinate with service technicians and workshop staff to manage job scheduling efficiently, keeping our promises to customers and helping to ensure our day to day operations runs smoothly.
  • Controlling all computerbased jobs, invoicing processes, ensuring the financial interests of the customer and the company are protected.
  • Inform customers about any service findings, offering clear, trustworthy solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring all details and service histories are uptodate.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our aftersales products and services, seeking opportunities to upsell products to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role within the car industry.
  • A clean driving licence.
  • An ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.
  • Good communication, organisation, and administrative skills.
