Overview:

Element has an opportunity for a

Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that rules and regulations are being followed
  • Gain certification knowledge
  • Learning our operational systems
  • Processing purchase orders and acceptance of costs
  • Producing quotations
  • Tracking audits and liaising with clients to gather information where necessary
  • Monitoring audit test schedules to ensure compliance.
  • Issuing certificates and entering information onto the certificate database
  • Invoicing jobs
  • Ordering and processing labels for customers
  • Managing assigned client contacts

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experience within an administrative position
  • Significant experience within customer service environment
  • Experience working in a fastpaced office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of thirdparty fire certification is desirable however not essential
  • Selfstarter with good organisation skills
  • Proactive, logical and methodical
  • Confident, punctual and well organised
  • Attention to detail is vital
  • Ability to use a full suite of MS Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS and bespoke CRM systems
  • GCSE English and Maths qualifications ideally between A to C
  • Ability to get to our Birchwood site every day
