About The Role

  • Due to our continued success, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team, working across a range of projects for our customers in Scotland including major utilities companies and various mobile works. This role can be a mixture office and homebased working.
  • Our client operates as a Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Company and is part of the Telecom Division of our client. Covering the full network lifecycle, they deliver Managed Services and Projects for both fixed and mobile infrastructure networks across the operator and utility markets.
    What will you be doing?

Your role will be day to day Coordination of our projects, including our managed services, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are running to the timescales agreed.


  • This role will require occasional travel for customer meetings.
    What will your key responsibilities be
  • Booking access and training courses
  • Providing administrative support
  • Equipment and BT Circuit Ordering
  • Liaising with the Warehouse Teams as required.
  • Attending meetings conference calls with the customer and the supply chain
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships both internally at our client as well as within the customer, and the supply chain

What competencies are we looking for?

  • Previous experience of working in a project support / administrator / coordinator role is essential for this role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages (specifically Excel) at intermediate level.
  • Financial awareness and cost/sales tracking experience would be beneficial.
  • An individual who can work to high standards of accuracy, efficiency and organisation.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all times.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Quick to learn new processes and systems.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • A team player with the ability to also work independently.
