We are seeking a Locum Occupational Therapy Assistant, to work in Milton Keynes

Banding:
Band 3 work (
Band 5&6 Available for Occupational Therapists with their HCPC's)

Hours:
Full or part-time hours, available for an immediate start. (Monday - Friday)

Rate:
Band 3
- £ Umbrella / Band 5
- £19-20 Umbrella / Band 6** - £24-25 Umbrella

Role Summary:

To assist Occupational Therapists, Nurses and other MDT staff in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans.
Support service users to achieve their goals and access appropriate services.
To maintain adequate records, entering details in the service user healthcare records.

The departments would also accept Occupational Therapists about to graduate who are due to get their HCPC registration.
