We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Support Team Administrator to work alongside our East Suffolk Mental Health Liaison Team Team, based at Ipswich hospital within the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust.

This is a Permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week.


The post holder will be providing Administration Support to our clinicians and doctors within the team and also provide support to management.

Good office based skills would be required, however, full training will be provided.


We can offer a welcoming, friendly and supportive environment that puts the needs and care of our service users first and provides a responsive administration service to the East Suffolk Mental Health Liaison Team.

You will be encouraged and supported to develop your skills and knowledge. This role would see you working within a small administration team.

Previous administration experience is essential. Additional training will be given for this role.


You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, including word, excel and outlook will be essential.

Knowledge of the Trust clinical system Lorenzo would be an advantage as well as minute taking and audio transcription.

You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively.


Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative as well as in a team environment and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.

Typing, data entry, telephone calls, booking / amending appointments, dealing with enquiries, record keeping, managing data, minute taking, Diary management.
