Description
Duties:
- Purchase invoice entry from suppliers ensuring accuracy, inclusive of job costing to required projects
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents, inclusive of job costing to required projects
- Verify and reconcile supplier statements
- Assist with monthly and weekly payment runs with submission of remittances to suppliers
- Resolve purchase ledger queries or discrepancies internally/externally
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments
- Provide support for audits and other financial reporting requirements
Experience:
- (preferred) experience within construction industry and accounts
- (preferred) experience with Xero
- Knowledge with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Salary:
£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
