Description
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful global business, who are located in Leatherhead, Surrey, and a "Project Administrator"This is a full-time office-based role, working Monday to Friday, where you will utilise your office administrative skills to support an ongoing project.
To be successful in this role you will need:*A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, inc: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
*To be organised, reliable, and efficient
*Have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
*To be a real "team-player"
Duties and responsibilities will vary during the course of the project; however, you will be required to provide a full administrative support function to the Project Team, which will include:
*Maintaining an online calendar, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
*Maintaining project documentation (Organisation charts / contact lists etc.)
*Prepare, transmit, receive, and log project correspondence, as required.
*Collating data and updating weekly progress reports
*Receive and escort VIP visitors within the office as required
*Prepare and finalise presentation materials and slide packs for the Project Teams external meetings and presentations.
*Making travel arrangements on behalf of the team.
This is an ongoing temporary contract, with immediate starts available.
