Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the head chef
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely meal preparation and service
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
• Follow proper kitchen safety procedures

Skills:

• Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation role is preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling procedures
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Salary:
From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
