    Activities Champion Job Opportunity

    About the Role

    We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and caring Activities Champion to join our dedicated team at Burleys Wood in West Sussex. As an Activities Champion, you will play a vital role in delivering the highest standards of care and making a difference in the lives of our service users.

    Our goal is to provide a stimulating and supportive environment that encourages our residents to maximize their daily experiences and achieve their goals. We aim to offer flexible working arrangements to support your work/life balance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop individual activity profiles for each service user in collaboration with care staff.
    • Ensure the safe use of all equipment.
    • Maintain accurate records of activities.
    • Coordinate outings with senior nursing staff, researching accessibility and facilities.
    • Collaborate with care assistants regarding medical or nursing care information of residents.
