    About Us:

    Charnwood Community Care provides care & support for adults over the age of 18. We aim to ensure the people we support have full control over the care & support they receive.

    We are currently looking to employ a weekend care assistant who feels that they have what it takes to make a positive difference to someone's life.

    We are a family-run company with a new approach to care. We don't believe 'one size fits all' and so we spend time getting to know our clients needs and wants before their package of care begins.

    We aim to put the adults we support in control of their care

    About You:

    You may have experience in adult social or you may not– most things can be taught

    We are interested in the type of person you are Life experience, common sense, compassion and understanding are some of the qualities we value at Charnwood Community Care, and they can't be taught

    Clear communicators are a must The people we support require clear and easily understood communication to build and maintain strong relationships to best support their care.

    Hours

    Part-time hours on a Saturdays and Sundays with the option to increase - to be discussed at interview.
