This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, reputable, and leading property and construction consultancy.

With their fast-growing expansion across the UK, our client is looking to recruit a BREEAM Assessor that can take on high profile projectswith no hesitation.

You will join a company that will look to develop your skills and give you opportunities outside of the UK.

Have a minimum of two years' experience carrying out BREAAM assessments
Have experience working with clients
Be able to manage their workload effectively
Have managed their own independent projects

Responsibilities:

Manage, develop and support new and existing projects
Deliver and support the coordination and completion of BREEAM In-Use Assessments
Support clients in delivering BREEAM In-Use assessments and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainability improvements
Provide sustainability expertise across the BREEAM service line including property management, occupier and landlord relations, and sector specific real estate markets.
