We are recruiting for Locum Receptionist at Brighton

Location:
(Brighton)
Rates will be £18.00 Per hour on the 25th and 26th of December, the hours are

Rates will be £14.00 on the 24th, 27th and 28th of December, shifts will either be six or 12 hours.

Which included half hour unpaid breaks

Responsibilities:

Greet incoming patients and visitors and assess their needs
Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and other staff
Manage patient records and confidential data in a secure and efficient manner
Monitor online traffic and assist with online booking systems
Help maintain accurate and uptodate records of all patients
Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Reception Line Manager
Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a GP reception or customerfacing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional and friendly customer service skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Computer proficiency with experience in EMIS, Docman, AccuRx & Microsoft Office packages
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask, work independently and take initiative
Ability to follow and adhere to office practices and procedures
