Farm Administrator (full time)
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen at our Frettenham site for an organised self-motivated individual. The role is full time and permanent.

The role is to provide administrative support to the Management Team and Human Resources.


Main Duties

  • Petty cash
  • Manage our Time & Attendance system for everyone and company databases to ensure accurate data recording for staff
  • Recording all animals data including TB testing, ear tags, photos etc
  • Maintain cattle movement in accordance with DEFRA
  • Support HR with inductions, relevant checks for new starters
  • Support HR with collation of monthly payroll
  • Support HR with recruitment
  • Support the Management Team with all other administrative tasks as required.

Experience & Personal Qualities

  • At least 2 years of experience working as an administrator in a busy environment.
  • Attention to detail with a numeric aptitude
  • Must have a flexible attitude towards work requests to ensure smooth running of the farm office.
  • To promote the values of the Sanctuary at all times
