Description

Our client is recruiting for a Childrens Support Worker Team Leader based on the outskirts of Taunton.

As a team leader you will be responsible for leading shifts, preparing supervision for support staff as well as working closely with the Young People and their families.

As the Support worker Team leader you will directly contribute to the delivery of the highest standards of care, protection and support to children.

As a Team Leader you will be level 3 qualified or be prepared to work towards this and will be working 39 hours per week and also commit to some of the sleep ins (additional payments are give for this).

You will be resilient and be a mentor for those young people you will be supporting.

Due to nature of the role you will have a driving licence and in return the client is offering 30 days holiday per year, excellent pension, and superb company benefits together with ongoing training.
