***Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader to join our business in Chesterfield on a permanent basis.

_For this position, a good knowledge of similar SCM 5-axis CNC machinery is critical to the success of this role._

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Key machine operator on CNCs, beamsaw and edgeband
Reporting to the production manager
Programme and operate machinery
Carry out machine maintenance and repairs
Assist with the training of new starters
Leadership and supervision of a small team responsible to manage work flows

Experience and Skills:

A good knowledge of similar SCM 5axis CNC machinery is critical to the success of this role
Experience working on a beam saw and Edge bander is preferred
Experience with programming machines
Have good leadership and management skills.
