Our Digital Deployment Team support Zurich and our customers to make the best use of our systems and ensure that our systems are supported and enhanced to maintain our Five-star rating.

What will you be doing?
We need someone who can anticipate problems before they arise. Data is key, and our customers satisfaction will drive you to keep our systems at the right performance levels.

You will use data to make sure our systems are running effectively and where they're not you'll dive into the detail to look for the root cause.

Identify trends where you won't stop until you understand the impact and be able to coordinate a fix with our suppliers and business areas.


You'll be surrounded by our system experts who can help you to understand any problems and they'll escalate to you when something needs that extra care and attention.

We're a team who work together to get to the right outcome.


You will make sure that all areas of our business up to date with system performance and any risks being managed.


What skills are we looking for:
You'll be managing stakeholders at every level, so excellent communication and risk management is key.

You'll know and understand what it means to collaborate, leading in a technical environment, focussed on enabling teams and driving success.

You'll clearly see the end goal and be able to reverse engineer your thinking to build a way of

gaining buy in from your stakeholders. It's the art of joining the dots to see how different actions will impact your decision and the business.

The digital landscape is wide and it's complex, with lots of different routes you can potentially take.

You'll have a passion for understanding your customers, whether that's our colleagues, brokers or end customers, it's having a keen eye for trends and developments in and outside of Zurich and the Insurance market.


A natural curiosity for technology and a flair for translating that into solutions for our business, and able to tell a story that excites our business about our digital future.

You'll be really comfortable in a digital technical environment and support and coach those around you to ensure success.

You might be in a technical or digital role already (this will really help) as well as a natural problem solver that loves variety? You might have a degree but it doesn't matter if you don't, we'll help you be your best you in this role by giving you all the support you need to develop your own toolkit.
