Description

We are recruiting for an Acoustic Logging Maintenance Technician who will be based in and around the Sheffield area. You will be required to assist in leak detection activities.

Our new Logging Technician will be responsible for maintaining correlating acoustic loggers installed on water company networks, to ensure high levels of operability.

Logging Technician responsibilities:

Working onsite on water company networks, throughout the UK, Monday to Friday
Locating acoustic loggers that require maintenance
Diagnosing issues with acoustic loggers
Making onsite adjustments to the loggers and their installation
Removing and reinstalling loggers where required
Returning loggers to the service centre for repair or battery change

The successful Logging Technician must possess.

Experience with working on live water company networks.
Experience with installing and maintaining correlating acoustic loggers
Experience of working safely in the public highway
Practical skills in the installation and onsite maintenance of acoustic leak detection loggers or similar
Full driving licence
