Description
**Full Time, Permanent
There is now an exciting opportunity to join Homes & Landlord Services Repairs & Planned Maintenance Service.

We have a Project Surveyor position available where you will work with a team of dedicated construction professionals in the delivery of high profile projects across the City.

We are seeking to employ enthusiastic and motivated surveyors to join the fire safety team within planned programmes.

The fire safety team has been delivering passive fire protection to flats inside our high-rise blocks of flats over the last 10 years.

We are moving to the next phase of planned fire safety works to BCC owned 2 to 5 story blocks of flats across the city.

Following on from recent tragedies, we are also proactively reviewing what was previously done in the high-rise blocks.

If successful, you will be at the forefront of delivery this extremely important work, helping our residents feel safe and secure in their homes.
