Aston University created an embedded academic centre in partnership with CEG (Cambridge Education Group) in 2020. ONCAMPUS Aston provide pre-university programmes leading to progression onto Aston University's undergraduate and postgraduate Masters degrees.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative and enthusiastic individual to join the International team within the University's Engagement portfolio to provide a professional support service to staff, stakeholders and students within the ONCAMPUS Aston partnership, from enrolment through to progression.

You will act as the central coordination point and primary contact for a designated number of programmes

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, and have relevant experience working within the Higher Education sector.

You will have experience of providing student support within an academic environment administration, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.

Experience of working with a VLE (such as Blackboard) and a student records system (such as SITS) would also be required.


The post is line managed by the International Relationship Manager (for ONCAMPUS Aston), but also work closely with stakeholders across Aston University and ONCAMPUS Aston.
