Description

Medacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for a field based Business Development Manager to work on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract working collaboratively with the Director of Client Services to understand the market and contribute to thegrowth of MGG in the UK through the expansion of existing customer relationships.

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

  • Attending customer meetings and delivering presentations where required on MGG's service
  • Managing the sales pipeline and delivery for a specified group of customers for Staff Bank and Managed Service solutions
  • Introducing new solutions to customers in partnership with existing Workforce Solutions colleagues
  • Supporting the completion of framework tenders
  • Identifying key sales leads
  • Ensuring all SLA requirements and KPI's are communicated to all key internal stakeholders including finance and operations
  • Supporting Business with contract queries

ABOUT YOU

You will have significant experience in leading, managing and developing multiple client proposals in a recruitment business within the Healthcare sector.
