Our client has an exciting role available for a Customer Service Administrator to join their fantastic team.

This is a 12-month long term temporary role due to a current employee going on maternity leave, however there is a strong likely hood of this role going permanent before the 12-month period.

This is an office-based role and will involve the day-to-day coordination and job planning of field-based engineers and your role will be to ensure engineer utilisation is optimised and jobs are attended within one hour of the call being received.


Day to day responsibilities will include

Processing customer orders:

Data Entry:

Day to day admin such as filling, scanning, and photocopying:

Ensure customer records are updated accurately

Help assist with compliance

Providing reports on Excel:

Provide exceptional customer service skills and focus:

Investigating issues:

Liaising with suppliers and distribution centres on delivery updates:

Allocation of engineers to emergency callouts:

Management of sub contactors as and when required:

Generating quotations:

Invoicing / importing completed jobs:

Liaising with accounts department

Skills required

PC/IT literate and the ability to pick up systems quickly:

Good communication skills as you will need to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and visitors and a proven track record of good customer service skills
