Description
A great opportunity to join a thriving West Midlands based building contractor.


We are currently looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team, working on empty properties across the South Birmingham area.

Local authority work


Ideally an immediate start

Work requirements:

  • Fitting kitchens to a high standard
  • Hanging doors
  • Routing intumescent strips into doors and fitting closers to meet regs
  • Floorboards and other wood work.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment within a team

Requirements:


  • Fully qualified Carpenter
  • Own battery operated tools + PPE
  • Own Vehicle
  • Skilled in communication and working relationships. (Can do attitude)
  • The ability to maintain a clean and tidy work area.


  • UTR

  • CIS Weekly Pay
  • Rates are negotiable depending on proven output

Salary:
£160.00-£200.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Carpentry: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location:
In person

Expected start date: 26/02/2024
