Skills and Experience of the Senior Frontend Developer:

Have worked for 10 years in software development, having been exposed to complex problems and responsible for the design and implementation of front-end systems.
Possess a strong conceptual and analytical mindset and be able to think in an abstract context.
Be a strong communicator and able to articulate, explain and sell ideas and approaches to other stakeholders, backed by sound reasoning.
Have extensive experience with at least one frontend framework ideally having designed, built and maintained a complex, featurerich web site.
Have a sound understanding of direct frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML; you will be comfortable writing directly in them.
Have experience across different programming paradigms and languages.
Have experience with deeper layers of the common technology stack components, including, but not limited to, stateful and stateless servers, relational databases and ORM frameworks.
Have experience with overcoming performance, reliability or usability issues.
Have experience in designing or consuming intentbased APIs to common web standards.
