Move Sales & Lettings are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our Award-Winning team in our Cheltenham Branch.

Move is the leading lettings & sales agency in the region, with continued year-on-year market growth, alongside incredibly high customer satisfaction.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a fast-paced office, letting & selling properties in Cheltenham and surrounding areas.

The team pride themselves on offering the best service to their clients and are looking for a team member who can continue to offer an exceptional service.

We are looking to recruit someone that's ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about overall customer service.


You will be responsible for:


  • Retention & acquisition of clients, applicants & your own 'pipeline'.
  • Maintaining records on our internal database.
  • Carry out market appraisals.
  • Handling enquiries generated from marketing, the internet, telephone and walk
- ins, in a professional manner.

  • Conducting viewings with prospective clients and following up on feedback from these
  • Delivering against targets whilst conforming to compliance and continual improvement.
  • Spotting business opportunities to help increase income, expand local market share and maximise cross selling with other departments.
  • Execute business generation activities and ensuring sufficient pipeline business to meet regular targets.
  • Maximising Branch profitability, working closely with the Branch team to ensure objectives are hit.
  • Contribute, where required to the senior management discussions and development of company growth.
  • Ensure companywide standards, processes and procedures are upheld.
  • Supporting Line Manager in providing and updating statistics for weekly meeting.
  • Supporting your Manager in compliance checking / ensuring legalities & company processes are correctly adhered to.
  • The growth of the team around you.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.

Skills & Experience:


  • Experience working in the property industry, looking to accelerate your career.
  • Good communicator.
  • Hold a qualification in Residential Property (Sales or Lettings).
  • Demonstratable generation of new business in a targetdriven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords, whilst also having a proven track record in closing deals.

Salary £20,000-£30,000 Per Annum DOE
Monday-Friday
Two Saturdays per month
