Channel Sales Manager, £50,000 + commission, Bournemouth

The purpose of this role:


The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for working within a small sales team and reporting to the Head of Sales.

Our client is looking for someone who maximize revenue, via engagement with selected Channel Partners and selling our client's innovativelone working devices/solutions ultimately contributing to the profitable growth for the business.


As Channel Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage, build, and develop a channel sales team to deliver profitable growth.
  • Analyse the UK market and drive monthly and yearly forecast to meet or exceed commitment.
  • Drive key initiatives and strategies to increase market share.
  • Profile major accounts and drive deeper revenue opportunities.
  • Develop longterm relationships with senior management within channel accounts, providing feedback on individual performance for employee reviews and onetoones.
  • Collaborate with and support the wider sales teams and senior management in addition to marketing initiatives to maximize pullthrough content.
  • Maximize revenue and profit from the existing installed based by promoting valuedadded solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales teams to ensure all offers reflect customer needs, are forecasted, competitively priced and are submitted on time.
  • Improve customer satisfaction by finding solutions to their needs.
  • Weekly forecasting
  • Define and execute the UK Channel sales strategy to recruit, enable and develop targeted channels.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in account management, ideally working with HealthTech/Technology
  • Outstanding consultative selling skills.
  • Able to create a business plan in conjunction with the UK Head of Channels and accurately forecast and scale the business.
  • Good knowledge of sales systems and processes.
  • Able to work with Finance and Legal teams to close complex negotiations.
  • Organised, detail and process oriented.

This is a new role within their structure and will work alongside the wider sales team.
