About Our Client:
The client is a Financial Services organisation, offering insurance across a range of specialist brands. They provide services to over 2 million people across the UK and operate out of multiple offices nationally.
The key responsibilities of the Resourcing Consultant include:
- Dealing with volume roles across multiple disciplines
- Managing the end to end recruitment process
- Managing the PSL of agencies
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Resourcing Consultant should have:
- Experience in a recruitment setting, ideally dealing with professional services
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
- Knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed and Microsoft Office packages
What's on Offer:
- £33,000 - £38,000 salary
- Hybrid working (12 days per week in the office)
- 24 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day every year to a maximum of 28 days
