Accounts Assistant Supervisor - Witham
Adecco Chelmsford are currently recruiting for a well-experienced Accounts Supervisor for our successful client based in Witham.

Working within a busy and dynamic accounts team whereby you will be responsible for the accounting and financial procedures for the purchase ledger.

You will be required to manage two other staff and be ultimately responsible to the Accounts Manager.

Responsibilities -

Overseeing the production of the sales and purchase ledger.
Checking purchase invoices against CSV sheets
Reconciling bank statements.
Arranging daily payments
Chasing operators for Invoices.
Working with different currencies GBP, EUR & USD
Working closely with the Accounts manager and team on a daytoday basis

Requirements -

Current Experience working with SAGE 50 is essential, purchases & sales ledger
Accounting qualifications
Experience working within a similar position
Excellent attention to detail
Analytically minded
Great team player

Pay: £32,000 £40,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
