Air Energy Limited is a Compressed Air Sales, Installation and Service Specialist based in Hertford.

We provide complete air system solutions, from consultation, through to new product sales, design and installation, and ongoing service and maintenance.


Based in Hertford, our offices have a prime location overlooking the Meads, just a short walk from the town centre.

The role:

Responsibilities:


  • Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries
  • Managing and updating company databases
  • Ensuring orders are processed, stock arrives within expected timescales and any delays are dealt with appropriately
  • Stock purchasing and management
  • Liaising with suppliers in the UK and overseas
  • Managing aftersales queries
  • Preparing drafts of Commercial invoice for shipments
  • Monitoring shipments sent by air and sea and advising customers and sales teams of any potential delays
  • Liaising with freight forwarders
  • General office duties, as required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Selfmotivated and determined with a strong sense of personal initiative
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Enthusiastic and hardworking

Education and experience:

  • Previous work experience in an operations or procurement role highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience of working in international trade highly desirable.

Salary:
£20,000 - £24,000

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
