Sharrow Dental Practice is a well-established mixed NHS and private dental practice with eight chairs on site.

We are looking for a full time professional, capable call handler/receptionist to assist with patient bookings across all 3 of the practices.

Sharrow is the sister practice of Advent Dental Practice and Springfield Dental Care.

Advent and Sharrow are within a 5 minute walk from each other on Moulsham Street, Chelmsford, whilst Springfield Dental Care is located in North Springfield.

Requirements:

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Pleasant and patient manner with people and good understanding of what represents a positive customer/patient experience;
• Ability to multitask manning the phone while handling checkins and payments;
• Resilience;
• Handles pressure of a fastpaced environment;
• Computer literate and capable of acquiring new skills and working with new software systems;
• Professional appearance;
• Attention to detail;
• Managing the private dentists diaries, including ensuring letters are written and sent as and when necessary.
• Manage treatment plans in the clinical software
• Follow up on enquiries

Working hours are Monday-Friday from 08:00-17:45, with occasional weekends from 09:00-12:00.
