What we are looking for
We're seeking great people that can join our hard-working, busy but friendly team. You'll be a people person with a friendly, flexible approach and be organised and articulate with great communication skills.

To be successful in this role you'll have an engaging personality, be able to remain calm under pressure and you'll be highly passionate about your role working towards both your own and business targets and of course you'll have great PC skills.

You'll play a key role in a team of around 20 customer service advisors all led & supported by team leaders and our operations manager.

What we offer
This is a full time, permanent role offering a starting salary of £22,000.

Our customer service team work on a shift rota basis based on a 40 hour per week contract which operates between 8am -10pm 7 days per week.

Our shift patterns run between 09:45-18:00 / 13:30-22:00 plus flexi shifts.

We are passionate about training & development, we'll offer you a great on-boarding programme and plenty of support with regular feedback and 1-1 sessions and you'll have opportunities to progress your career both within our customer service team and across our wider business.
