Home Energy and Technology Ltd is a rapidly expanding company in the energy efficiency sector.We install energy efficiency measures in domestic properties and are looking for conscientious and enthusiastic individuals to join our office.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.The role:
- Helping to answer incoming telephone calls and transferring customers to the relevant department
- Liaising with Customers and Installers to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Checking documentation for ECO funders
- Resolving any follow up queries that arise
The individual:
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good IT skills and knowledge of MS Office packages (Word / Excel etc)

From £20,000.00 per year
