Description
Duties include:
- Provide telephone support and answer calls in a professional manner.
- Research, prepare and supply information as requested.
- Obtain, organise, and monitor the use of materials and equipment.
- Operate a CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system.
- Data inputting, archiving, arranging meetings.
- Undertake day to day typing and administration in association with the contracts.
- Updating holiday and sickness records.
- Assist in undertaking office duties, which are required to fulfil our contractual obligations.
- Act as a central source of information dealing directly with customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Compiling monthly reports for SPIE stakeholders and client.
