Description

Duties include:

  • Provide telephone support and answer calls in a professional manner.
  • Research, prepare and supply information as requested.
  • Obtain, organise, and monitor the use of materials and equipment.
  • Operate a CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system.
  • Data inputting, archiving, arranging meetings.
  • Undertake day to day typing and administration in association with the contracts.
  • Updating holiday and sickness records.
  • Assist in undertaking office duties, which are required to fulfil our contractual obligations.
  • Act as a central source of information dealing directly with customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compiling monthly reports for SPIE stakeholders and client.
