Tannlin are offering an opportunity to join an independent international engineering company in Monkton as part of the administration team.
Ideally the person should be an organised, reliable individual with an attention to detail who is able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative with a positive attitude.
Minimum of 16 hours per week. Working hours are between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.Salary:
£9 - £10 per hour depending on experience
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Filing management
- Ordering of materials
- Processing supplier invoices
- Coordinating daily dispatch of orders
- Distribution of incoming deliveries
- Supporting various departments within the organisation with any administration requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Flexible approach to working
