HR Systems & Process Specialist
Location:

Hybrid working - 3 days in office
DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a HR Systems & Process Specialist to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
You will design, support and contribute to the planning, management and delivery of HR process and solutions to drive continuous improvement through managed change, against agreed objectives, timescales, quality standards, cost constraints and benefits.
As well as improve end-to-end process quality, fulfilling the customers'/user experience and reducing process cost whilst considering technological solutions to drive efficiency.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Support and coordinate the development, maintenance and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Design and document processes using agreed methodology/framework and assess against global requirements where required ensuring endtoend standardisation and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to further streamline each time a process product is reviewed, created or enhanced, ensuring legal compliance and/or regulatory changes are taken into account.
- Through process reengineering methodologies, working with the process SMEs (HR Shared Services & COEs) continue to build and develop the processes within the CRM system to maximise effectiveness and the customer experience.
- Accountable for consulting on and collecting potential process improvements from business stakeholders, People Services Cabinet or other regional forums, Customer Satisfaction Surveys and proposing solutions.
- Management and planning of the system build process, user acceptance testing, reporting and analysis of improvement made.
- Management of deployment into the live environment.
- Develop and deliver the process content for training.
- Communication and training of process changes to operational teams.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Demonstrated ability to work crossfunctionally/divisionally with other staff
- Experience in systemsrelated HR employee, process improvement/management or project management
- Good understanding of transactional HR processes and HR Shared Services / HR Operations
- Ability to analyse complex business processes and provide recommendations for optimising them
- Good general business and operational management experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written English
- Experience in written documentation, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management.
