No matter how good you are, if you're not sitting in front of enough, good quality clients, you'll struggle.
But that won't be a problem here.

Here you'll be the sole mortgage adviser for a financial planning/insurance brokerage.

That means you'll inherit a book of clients developed over the past two years.
***
It means you'll get leads from the firm's Chartered Financial Planning team. And given the wealth of many of their clients, that's some high quality appointments coming your way.

And you'll also get leads from the insurance business and their business owner clients. Likewise.
That's without mentioning the ongoing support of the firm's marketing team.

You'll get a variety of business too. It will all be residential but there are plenty of BTL Landlords on its books. You'll also be providing plenty of protection advice (both on a whole of market basis). So irrespective of market conditions, you'll have a steady flow of quality leads.

***
It comes with a good salary (and by good we mean a starting salary of c£40,000 for the right person) and good bonus potential. This is a business we have worked with on their financial planning team so can vouch for how they treat their employees. We can also vouch for the professionalism of the outfit; it's a top end firm no question.
Once you've settled in there's hybrid working too.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You'll need to be CeMAP/CF6 qualified and have 3-5 years plus of experience.

It's a structured, supportive company but you will be the only mortgage adviser, so you need to be a self-starter.

Evidence of developing business through introducers (internal and external) is a massive plus. Good performance figures and a steady job history will go down well too.
