Is our health and care workforce representative of the Sussex population? Why do some people struggle to get an interview for jobs in the health or care sector in Sussex? If these questions resonate, this could be the role for you.

Your role is essential to bring together a group of people working in health and care provider organisations, local schools, colleges, universities, community groups, job centres and other employment support agencies across Sussex to establish clear routes into health and social care jobs and careers.

You will have a particular focus on socially excluded groups in Sussex, and areas of the workforce experiencing severe shortages e.g., nursing, midwifery, and Allied Health Professional roles.
