As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will take responsibility for managing one of our key accounts, a national law firm with multiple sites throughout the country.

Your role will be focussed on developing relationships with key stakeholders within the business,becoming the "go to" expert for all recruitment and market industry related activity and information, and with the support of a small team, delivering recruitment across a breadth of specialist legal roles and more generalist senior roles.


You will need to be an experienced legal sector recruiter, who can demonstrate a breadth of recruitment experience with strong technical sourcing skills, proactively seeking out the best talent in the marketplace.

We will need you to be solutions and qualityfocussed, demonstrating outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style accordingly.


The role will be based remotely, however there will be a requirement to travel to our clients Head Office in Leeds a minimum of once every couple of months, therefore you will ideally live within a reasonable commutable distance of Leeds.

A similar amountof travel will also be required to attend meetings at the ResourceBank Head Office in Telford, Shropshire.
