Wills and probate Solicitor PQE 5+ years
Yorkshire

A Legal 500 law firm are looking to appoint a solicitor for their Wills and probate team based in Yorkshire.

The successful private client solicitor will run a varied and challenging caseload of mixed wills, LPA's, estate, and probate matters

Experience Required:

5+PQE Solicitor who is ambitious and enthusiastic with a wide range of private client experience
Technically competent with experience running their own caseload
Be experienced in dealing with, probate matters, inheritance tax issues, trusts, and the drafting of trust documents, setting up trust's and powers of attorney etc.
Have excellent client care skills and ability to manage client expectations
Be business development focused
