Locations:

North East London (1 day per week in office)
East London (1 day per week in office)
East London (2 days per week in office)
Manchester (1 day per week in office)
Fully Remote

Working Patterns:

Permanent
Interim
Fixed Term Contract
5 days a week, 37 hours per week
4 days a week, 30 hours per week

Pay:
- £400 per day (Inside IR35)
- £450 per day (Inside IR35)
- £500 - £600 per day (Inside IR35)
- £48,000 - £53,000 per annum
- £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Requirements:

Experience with JCT & NEC suites of contracts
Knowledge of running endtoend tenders in built environment project
5 years in public sector procurement and knowledge of PCR 2015 contract regulations
