1 Stop Lettings are looking to take on a new apprentice
Have you considered what experience an apprenticeship in a busy working office could give you?
The first 12 to 18 months will involve completing an NVQ level 2 or 3 in business administration or customer services.
Once both are completed, we will also encourage you to study for a Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings or Inventory and Deposit Management, this giving you a more in-depth knowledge of lettings law.
The role would ideally suit someone with none or only a few years of work experience, we are aiming to train someone, not to take on someone that already has lots of experience.
Ideally you will have a good level of local knowledge, a confident ability in English, some computer skills like using Windows apps for example Outlook and Word (more advanced training will be given.) The ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not strictly required.
