(Temporary to Permanent)

Full Time Hours hours per week


As one of the UK's largest driving Schools, there is always a need for outstanding talent and people who can deliver excellence in customer service and sales.

Working out of our busy Contact Centre HQ in Billingham we have an exciting opportunity to join RED Driving School as a Sales Advisor.

Our contact centre typically involves both inbound and outbound activity to customers and clients to drive the RED brand forward, delivering the best driving school experience for learner drivers in the UK.

Full training will be given in an enjoyable and fast paced environment for a dynamic brand.

As a Sales Advisor you will be providing excellent service to our customers and partners with excellent OTE expectations for the right people.

Must have previous experience in dealing with customers on the telephone.

Be able to use a computer and have a good telephone manner.


Contact Centre Opening hours:


08:30 - 19:00 Mon - Fri

Job Summary:

To provide a first-class customer orientated telephone service to all customer enquiries whilst maximising every sales opportunity.


Main Duties:


  • To reach personal sales targets
  • To answer the telephone and make outbound calls in a professional manner. Work as a part of a team to ensure that all calls are answered in accordance to service level agreements
  • Maximise every sales opportunity with each call answered whilst ensuring all aspects of customers service and quality standards are achieved
  • To perform various administration duties as and when required
  • Update product knowledge by attending briefing sessions and other methods of information control i.e. memo, operational manual updates, maintaining awareness of operational and company charges to maintain effective customer service standards.
  • To operate in a professional manner, both as an individual and as a member of a team, for the benefit of the customer at all times
  • Regularly contribute ideas, suggestions and feedback to management, thus providing a valuable contribution to the effectiveness and continued success of the overall customer experience
  • To ensure all operational key performance objectives are adhered to and achieved, proactively perusing personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and operational performance
  • To comply with company regulations, policies and procedures, including those of Health and Safety at work
