Systems and Technology Manager

Do you want to work for an organisation helping charities tackle the pressing issues they're facing by harnessing the experience of business experts?

We are looking for a Systems and Technology Manager to lead on our digital transformation journey.

The role will further develop our technology roadmap and identify areas for development as well as working across teams to understand priorities and support to implement solutions.

Location:
Our beautiful main office is in London and we have desk space in Birmingham. For London based colleagues, we operate a Flexible Working Policy and up to 3 days/week can be home-based. For colleagues outside of London, regular travel to the London office will be required.

Hours:
Full-time (flexible working available. Part-time or job share also possible)


Salary:
£44,000-£49,000/annum

The Role


Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will take a leading role in ensuring that the IT platforms and systems are fit-for-purpose on a day-to-day basis, and continuously develop, adapt and improve them in order for the organisation to grow in line with its strategic objectives.


You will act as a Salesforce administrator helping to finalise the first phase of the upgrade project and look to strengthen the way it's used to support operations, how it integrates with other systems and to provide effective stakeholder and data management.

About You

You will have worked in a similar role, providing leadership in introducing and managing technology solutions and systems. A strong ability to communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues and stakeholders is essential to succeeding in this position. With a strong solution-orientated approach, the preferred applicant will be comfortable delivering several concurrent projects at any one time.


You will also have:
*A track record of successful implementation and management of IT systems;
*Experience of working with Salesforce (back end/development) ideally as trained Administrator and be familiar with its development to meet organisational needs;
*Proficiency in use and management of Microsoft Office 365;
*Knowledge of HubSpot is desirable but not essential. An ability and interest in learning of new platforms and software is essential;
*Experience of maintaining effective IT security.
