Home Ownership Manager
**Salary - £30k - £36k per annum
Permanent**Purpose of the Post

To provide a high quality management service to FCHO's leasehold, shared ownership and rent to buy customers; ensuring that management services are provided in accordance with the requirements of the leases, government legislation, regulation and industrybest practice.
To provide strategic direction and support across all FCHO service areas in relation to the management of leasehold, shared ownership and rent to buy customers; ensuring effective communication, consultation and support to customers.
To maximise income to the business through the identification and collection of revenue and charges due from leasehold, shared ownership and rent to buy customers.
